Portable line boring machine LBM110 has powerful drive with flexible setup to meet an exceptionally wide range of application and boring diameter needs.
LBM110 on site line boring machine could be used in processing inner hole, Big scaled ship fixed hole, ship axis hole, and be installed horizontally and vertically.
Modular tool carrier which provides a new level of strength and rigidity by channeling machining forces directly to the boring bar through strategically-located adjustable guide shoes.With the boring head on the bar, the boring diameter range: 300-1000mm
Lead screw inside the boring bar, it makes the stroke same length as the boring bar.

The facing head working diameter: 300-800mm,it could replace the flange facing machine tools sometimes. lFacing head feed rate:0.1/0-0.5mm/rev, it could works with different speed for on site jobs.
Single cutting depth could reach to 10mm on rough machining . With powerful drive unit, it makes the on site machining service faster and easier than most line boring machines on the market.
Hydraulic power unit 18.5kw deliver the huge torque, the controller panel could control the speed of the boring jobs, the function of stepless speed regulation improve the efficiency of on site service.
Remote control box can achieve operation from some distance away, with high safety. The voltage of control wire is 24V, and the length is 5 meters.(Length can be customized as request)

Servo motor system with power 3KW , and planetary gear reducer on the motor, it reduce the output speed, increase the torque on the boring bar,more powerful drive unit.
The rotation drive unit and axial feed unit made of aluminum material, it save the weight for the movement and transportation for the operators,makes the on site boring job more easier and lightweight.
