LM2000 portable milling machine tools made of solid aviation aluminum, it’s machined by CNC milling machine by Makino of Japan and WLF of German. And the key precision parts are imported from Japan and German. Such as the bearing of NSK. Lead screw of THK. They are the top quality of representative work of high-precision modern industry.
Y axis of rail precision machined dovetail ways and adjustable gibs provide smooth accurate travel. The spindle could be mounted in any position and work smoothly.
Safety
LM2000 linear milling machine could be used many industries, such as oil and gas, Hydro power,shipyard building,Nuclear power,Mining ...For the safety of these industries, the portable machine tools needs no spark with the drive unit. Electric motor, hydraulic power system are high risk of explosion. So the Pneumatic motor comes. But the pneumatic system needs strong air compressor as backup and Loud noise as side effect.
Transportation and assembly
LM2000 in situ line milling machine designed with 2 rings on the top, which makes the assemble and transportation easy and fast. We could use lifting lugs welded to the pallet, milling machine base plate and hydraulic power pack as we need to lift this all ± 20 meters up to the job.
Y have bed locks while machining to stop any side movement, which helps the machining safety and more efficiency.
LM2000 milling machine is the most powerful on site milling tools. Designed to handle demanding and difficult field machining conditions with features that ensure greater power, precision, and accuracy.
If you need stronger power system, we could provide hydraulic power unit, it gets high torque and stability for the milling cutting jobs. Hydraulic pressure hoses will need to be as least 10mt long for the Y and Z motors.
Customized Voltage is also ok. 380V /415V/440V , 3 phase are fine. We can do it as your request.
