The power of on site linear milling machine will be choosen by the actual situation on site, the small size will have the pneumatic or servo motor, the high duty cutting needs the hydraulic power unit, each power has it’s own advantage. Servo motor has the high percision than others, but it needs the operation carefully, especially the cable with electricity. Pneumatic has no spark, safety most among these power, but the air compressor is needed around the in situ place. Hydraulic power unit is the most powerful power, but it’s the most heavy too, it’s not so easy to move it.
LM500 linear milling machine has small size, it’s only 70kg with the servo motor in total, and the mount by the magnet on the steel, it protects the workpieces from damage, it saves the cost too for the owner and avoid the huge losses caused by downtime.
LM500 portable linear milling machine with 1KW servo motor, the electircity is 220V, 50Hz, the normal 2 phase voltage is suitable for the running. It saves the trouble of 380V , 3 phase for the industries voltage. If you want the customized size and voltage, we can do the ODM/OEM too according to your request.
On site line milling machine LM500 equipped with NT40 milling head, the sigle cutting depth will be up to 2 mm most, with cutter diameter 160mm, the linear milling speed could be 150-300mm/minute, surface roughness for Ra1.6-3.2 and flatness for 0.03mm/meter.
